We could have some sleep and rest. Good beds. Good tv set and air conditioning.
Price too high. Breakfast not included, kids paying as adults. Towels shabby. Poor ventilation.

Very good! Air con and TV channels excellent for 2 Star Hotel. Frienly staff and very good location for old Town visit. Double glazing door greatly assisted to keep the room quiet.
None, but did not eat or have breakfast at the Hotel.

The location of the hotel, close to Place de la Castillane, was convenient for the city centre and bus links. The welcome from the owners was friendly & efficient and my room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed particularly comfortable.
The bathroom was cramped - access to the tiny shower, by negotiating the gap between the toilet bowl and the wash basin, was difficult but fortunately I wasam still slim enough to just about manage it! The walls of the room were paper thin, so that I could hear neighbours snoring and showering - and traffic from the busy street outside set off some kind of loud shuddering vibration on more than one occasion in my three-night stay. Breakfast was perhaps slightly overpriced, with so-so coffee from a dispenser and a rather unimpressive selection of elderly apples and satsumas in the fruit bowl.

Really only the location
Not as described, definitely only 2*, rooms small and bathrooms (shower) smaller. Staff ok, demanded payment before we could go to bed. No secure parking, no evening restaurant. Refused to fill a flask with hot water for or journey.

Close to old town Perpignan
Old, worn out and stale. Not nice and a disappointment compared to description.

Convenient location for travellers with dog wishing to see Perpignan and overnight en route to Spain. Public multi-storey four blocks away proved secure, if expensive.
Accommodation adequate but tired, breakfast ok but coffee awful.

- price was rather good for that amount of money at the center of the town
- the main problem is, that the same room can be offered to 2 visitors (as with two single beds), as well as to 3 visitors (in this case a big bed is used for two persons to sleep on it); therefore hotel presents rooms as "double room", or as "triple room", which is unclear and a bit unfair to a visitor; - heating (air-conditioning) was not working in some rooms - at the room # 30 there could be a cigarette smoke felt - less luxurious bathrooms in rooms on 1st and 2nd floor, than on the 3rd floor

Parking was a huge nuisance. Blocks away and expensive. Very inconvenient location if just paying through. Address in Booked.net incorrect. Had to go to office of tourism to find it. Bitch of a woman there in the Perpignan office of tourism. Not the type of person who should be working in the tourism industry, but then what else us new as far as French attitudes toward their guests?

A very good location close to the old town. The hotel was clean and offered basic, but clean and comfortable accommodation.
